Clashes between ant-NATO demonstrators
and cops in riot gear rook place in Naples Monday.
The younger protesters tried to interrupt via a safety cordon to
get to the San Carlo theatre, the world’s oldest opera home,
with the purpose of contesting a live performance scheduled for the seventy fifth
anniversary of NATO.
The clashes passed off on the finish of By way of Toledo, within the historic
centre of the southern Italian port metropolis.
