A person who went on a stabbing spree in downtown Sydney, in what seemed to be an unprovoked assault, was taken into custody, due to the alertness and bravado of the locals.
“Members of the general public truly bodily restrained the offender. And I have to acknowledge that these individuals who obtained concerned have been courageous. These individuals are heroes,” New South Wales Police chief Gavid Wooden mentioned.
