The Mumbai Cricket Affiliation (MCA) has begun their preparations for the 2024-25 home season. On Wednesday, MCA invited functions for the Cricket Enchancment Committee (CIC). Former India opener Lalchand Rajput headed the outgoing CIC comprising members Sahil Kukreja and Preeti Dimri.

Mumbai emerged triumphant in 5 tournaments final season, which included a forty second Ranji Trophy title, Senior Girls’s T20 Trophy, Girls’s U-19 One-Day Trophy, Vijay Service provider Trophy (U-16 boys) and West Zone U-14 Championship.
“ former worldwide cricketers are requested to ship their utility [for the CIC post] earlier than twenty fifth April,” MCA secretary Ajinkya Naik and Jt secretary Deepak Patil mentioned on the affiliation`s web site.
MCA is planning to nominate a brand new CIC by April finish and begin low season camps in June.
