The Siamese crocodile is without doubt one of the world’s rarest crocodiles, largely attributable to many years of looking and habitat loss. They’re categorised as Critically Endangered on the IUCN Crimson Listing.
The species was rediscovered within the wild in 2000, after which Fauna & Flora and its authorities companions arrange Cambonia’s first conservation breeding programme, which sees Siamese crocodiles bred in captivity earlier than being launched into the wild in distant websites protected by native communities.
